Julia and Scott's Park Chateau wedding was absolutely beautiful! It isn't often we get to shoot a wedding on a Monday but it was Memorial Day weekend and what a better way to spend the holiday weekend celebrating these two!

THE WEDDING DAY

We have been so excited for Julia and Scott's wedding day! Their excitement, energy, love and passion is truly amazing and we have been looking forward to their special day since we met with them. Scott is actually into cameras, taking photos and even has his own drone which we just love AND we got to work with one of our favorite wedding photographers, Jennifer Larsen Photography, which was the icing on the cake! Yay, #dreamteam!

What was first expected to be a rainy day for their wedding but ended up being a beautiful day. The rain held off and it was the perfect overcast lighting for their wedding day. The moment I walked into the bridal suite, Julia and her girls were blasting music, dancing and just so excited to celebrate that the big day was finally here! Julia and Scott saved their first look for the ceremony, which was at their church a block over from the house they just bought together. It was so special, Scott was tearing up, Julia was tearing up and even, yes, my eyes started to water!

There are so many favorite moments of their beautiful wedding but we were absolutely in love with their First Dance. The way they looked at each other and the way Scott picked up Julia and spun her around then dipped her down for a kiss... it doesn't get any more romantic than that! Julia's dad gave the sweetest toast to the newlyweds and I think he said it best, "Remember the family rules from our living room picture frame, "Care deeply, forgive quickly and love unconditionally."
